- Coordinate and manage patient care activities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services
- Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic health record systems
- Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and resources
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making appropriate adjustments to care plans as needed

- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
