**Role Insight**

Working as part of a busy team in our Purchasing Department you will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations by booking in watches to purchase and transfer watches to other locations.

Using effective organisation skills and time management, you will support our team of watch experts in all administrative duties, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail at all times.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Managing and booking appointments via our diary system for customers wanting to sell their watch.
- Processing and booking incoming watches onto our internal ERP systems ensuring that all are accounted for and uploaded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Understanding the stock control internal procedures
- Liaising with the purchasers with feedback and discussion with clients.
- Supporting the wider purchasing team with any administrative duties.

- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve any issues
- The ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
- Experience of working within a busy and fast-paced administration role.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- An interest/passion for luxury timepieces would be advantageous, however not essential.
