Play a full part in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) programme, developing automation solutions in line with strategic business aims.

**We believe the successful RPA Developer should have the following skills**:
Technical Skills:

- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
- Experienced with Automation Anywhere or similar software
- Familiarity with software implementation cycles
- Ability to simplify and concisely convey complex ideas
- Experienced in Visual Basic (VB) and/or C#
- IT development experience preferred but not essential

**The key tasks for the RPA Developer are**:

- Review business processes alongside the business analyst to establish if they are suitable for RPA
- Support the re-engineering of processes to remove waste and allow automation
- Digest business requirements and establish technical requirements
- Design, build and test RPA projects using Automation Anywhere robotics software
- Develop high quality (RPA) software solutions, in line with best practice
- Maintain relevant documentation for all projects created
- Provide technical support during UAT and implementation phases
- Support with the maintenance of deployed projects, troubleshooting if issues are identified
- Undertake peer code reviews
- Be a change champion as we position RPA as a tool in the Digital Transformation of MSC UK
