Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, Seddons are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team.
Duties to include:
- Dealing with clients face to face as well as over the telephone in a professional manner
- Booking and carrying out property familiarisation visits and viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Managing sales through to competition by liaising with solicitors, other estate agents and clients
- Keeping chains running smoothly and problem solving when necessary

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
