Seeking a term time only Montessori teacher to join our excellent school, ideally with Montessori Teaching qualification from either UK or overseas and is passionate about working with children.

Or someone that is early years qualified and interested in gaining more experience and skills as a Montessori Teacher.

Starting salary £25,000- £28,000 and 12 weeks paid holiday, excellent further training and career progression opportuities.

**Montessori Teacher Requirements**:

- Montessori Qualification or Bachelor’s degree in early childhood teaching, education, or a vocational qualification in early years education would be desireable.
- Completed training at an accredited Montessori Center would be beneficial
- Passionate about children and education.

**Montessori Teacher Job description**:

- Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the Montessori classroom environment.
- Developing lesson plans, independent learning exercises that cater to the needs of the individual child.
- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.
- Establishing rapport and building relationships with children
- Monitoring and assessing student progress and writing up reports.
- Ensuring classroom supplies and equipment are available and in working condition.
- Updating records on the school database and handling various other administrative tasks.
- Participating in school activities and accompanying students on field trips or places of interest such as theatre and nature walks.
