Granite and TREND Transformations is an internationally recognised kitchen design company that has renovated the homes of over a million consumers worldwide. With showrooms around the world, we offer exciting alternatives to traditional countertops and traditional kitchen makeovers.

As a franchise company, our stores are independently owned and operated, and our core product line is Etherium by E-Stone, which provides greater strength and durability than traditional granite stone. We specialise in kitchen makeovers, bringing to market a simpler way of renovating.

**About the role**

As a Showroom Host you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking them through our full range of products and services before booking one of our in-home Sales Consultants to meet with them. You will be handling telephone enquiries and assisting with after sales to ensure projects progress smoothly through to completion.

**About you**

We are looking for the following from our new Showroom Host:

- Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent communication
- Happy to work weekends
- First class customer service
- Ability to sell and promote products
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Impeccable telephone manner
- A natural interest and flair in design & interiors

**Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 (Depending on experience) + Commission**

**Location: Ipswich,** **IP2 0AQ**

This role will include weekend work and both full & part time applicants will be considered
