Grounds and Maintenance

We are looking to welcome a friendly and hardworking person to our team who will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our beautiful grounds and is able to meet the physical demands of the job. The use of agricultural machinery will be an integral part of this role, therefore previous experience of using these machines would be of benefit. This is a versatile role with changing daily tasks so you must be able to adapt and prioritise your workload to suit the needs of the park. We are looking for an individual who is able to work on their own initiative but is also aware of when to seek advice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Grass cutting, trimming, weeding and light landscaping.
- Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the holiday park.
- Operating small agricultural machinery.
- Manoevering caravans (touring and holiday homes), with the use of machinery/equipment.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Essential skills:

- Excellent work ethic
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Desirable, but not essential, skills:

- Previous experience working on a holiday park or outdoor grounds maintenance

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
