We are looking for Finance Business Partner to come and join our ambitious Financial Management Team. As a team we believe in providing an excellent service for our fantastic colleagues on the frontline, in support services and for the patients of NHS Fife.

You will act as a Finance Business Partner providing financial support and input to our finance improvement and sustainability programme which is integral to our performance delivery and efficient use of resources. Part of this role will concentrate on external Service Level Agreements with other NHS Boards and independent providers who provide healthcare services to the Fife population. You will also be our main finance contact for our new and innovative National Treatment Centre for Orthopaedics opened by the First Minister for Scotland in March of this year. This exciting new role offers you the opportunity to work in partnership with both local and national stakeholders providing specialist financial advice and support and to influence change through your expert knowledge and challenge. You will become an integral and dependable resource within the Financial Management Team who are committed to supporting the organisation deliver its corporate objectives and ensure a strong sustainable future.

You will be a qualified CCAB or CIMA Accountant with previous success in a finance / business partnering role, or significant demonstrable qualifying experience. You will have strong analytical skills and be able to confidently present highly complex financial and non-financial data to a diverse finance and non-finance audience. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, inspire confidence, and develop effective working relations with both finance and non-finance colleagues. You will have significant management accounting experience and be able to work effectively as part of a team producing high quality financial information often to tight deadlines.
