**What our Project Coordinator will be doing;**
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Travel to project sites or client locations to support project activities.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle on key achievements, progress and challenges.

**Your background?**
- Proven working experience in project coordination, ideally within the defence, security, or related technology sectors.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills in UK English.
- Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to obtain or currently holds security clearance.
- Experience with project management software tools.
- Knowledge or a willingness to learn about the UK defence and security sector's regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Highly organised and able to work independently.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proactive in addressing issues and challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support project activities.
- Committed to upholding the highest levels of integrity and professionalism, especially in handling sensitive information.
