**TO JOIN A HIGHLY REPUTABLE CLIENT IN THE NATIONAL SECURITY SECTOR - CHELTENHAM**

Permanent opportunity for a DV-cleared Operations Resource Manager/ PMO to join our growing team.
- Seeking an Operations Resource Manager/ PMO
- DV clearance is essential
- Salary of between £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
- DV Clearance bonus of £4,000
- Hybrid working model, based in Cheltenham
- Suitable for a DV-cleared Operations Manager, Administrator, PMO or Junior PM
- Around 3-4 days on-site per week

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

You will take a leading role in the coordination and allocation of our technical workforce across a range of inflight and upcoming projects. You will be reporting directly into the Operations Director, working closely with the key roles in the team.

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...**
- Demonstrable PMO/ Resource Management experience
- Previous experience working in a consultancy environment/ IT company.
- Experience working in National Security, defence or other government departments.
- An ability to maintain high levels of project forecasting in a fast-paced industry.
- Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with both internal and customer stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working with the Head of Talent Acquisition to prioritise new requirements and influence the catalogue of skills being recruited into the organisation.
- Active DV clearance is essential.
