**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 per year

Tomato Homes is seeking Solar Panel Installers to join our team in the Hampshire and Surrey areas. If you have a knack for practical work, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to work with cutting-edge technology, we want you on our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain solar PV systems on domestic properties
- Safely run and connect DC cables
- Handle the loading and unloading of materials
- Provide essential support to electricians
- Perform work at heights when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Interact with homeowners, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a full, clean driving license
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in solar panel installation on various roof materials
- Demonstrated working at heights experience
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- A genuine care for customers and a strong sense of pride in your work

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Installation and maintenance of Solar PV systems on both domestic and commercial properties
- Stringing and arranging panels as per provided designs
- Running and connecting DC cables
- Offering valuable support to electricians
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials
- Essential work at heights

**Experience**:
Preferred minimum of 1 year in solar PV panel installation
