**Qualified Dispenser - Sheffield**

You will dispense items to customers, whilst maintaining customer records and providing excellent customer service. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Developing good customer service with customers and surgeries
- Serving customers by understanding their needs
- Maintaining safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organisation operational policies, procedures, and standards
- Updating job knowledge by participating in training opportunities as required by the company
- Enhancing organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

To be considered for this position you must have a strong customer focus and previous customer service experience. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and qualifications:

- Data entry skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Good time-management skills
- Selling to customer needs
- Dependability
