**About the role**

This is great opportunity to join our People Services team. You will be responsible for our workforce systems and information ensuring the delivery a customer focussed efficient and effective HR system.

This post is key to ensuring that we have effective workforce information system that supports us to make evidence-based decisions. A key element of this role will be the review and development of our workforce information system, ensuring that it holds accurate and robust information.

This is specialist position which also has responsibility for developing, maintaining and producing a suite of regular and timely and relevant workforce information reports and dashboards, providing expert advice and analysis to aid decision-making.

You will also be looking at how we can streamline our people processes to make the best us of technology and identifying areas where we can improve.

**What you’ll do**

You will be responsible for the maintaining, continuous development and improvements of the HR Information System and management reporting information. This will involve consulting with the People Services team and key business stakeholders to ensure that new and existing functionality meets the needs of the business, making and implementing recommendations to enhance and embed the HR technology offering, enabling the People functions to meet their strategic objectives.

You will also be responsible for the reporting and analytics of workforce information across the organisation to ensure that relevant people metrics and trends are identified within the People function and wider business.
