**Overview**:
We are currently recruiting Door Supervisors to join our events team for the upcoming summer events including, Music, Sporting, Festivals and Greenfield events in and around London and the home counties. part time temporary projects. you must be prepared to work days, Nights and Weekends.

**Requirements**:
SIA Door Supervisor Licence essential

Able to travel via public transport to each venue

Excellent time keeping and appearance essential

Excellent Communication (Radio usage and communication protocols in place during events)

Level 2 spectator safety desirable but not essential as registration and training will be provided

Level 3 Spectator Safety desirable but not essential.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Access Control and Perimeter Security**: Security staff are stationed at entry points to ensure that only those authorised to enter have a valid ticket, you are responsible for ensuring that no unauthorised entry is made either through entry points or the perimeter of the event.

**Crowd Management**: Maintaining order within a crowed environment you will be required to use the skills from training to manage crowd dynamics, prevent pushing and shoving and to ensure unruly behaviour is controlled.

**Surveillance and Monitoring**: Maintaining continuous surveillance through physical patrolling, proactive monitoring assists in identifying potential issues before any escalation.

**Conflict Resolution**: you may be required to step in a defuse conflict situations to a peaceful conclusion, which may require conflict resolution techniques.

**Communication**: Effective communication in clear spoken English is essential during events, hand held radios may be supplied the ability to communicate is of the highest priority to ensure safety to all involved in the event and event goers.

**Response and Security Threats**: the ability to act during a reported threat, you must be able to act swiftly and professionally to neutralise any threat and ensure the safety of attendees, Organisers, Artists and colleagues.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £11.44-£13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- security: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- SIA (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Level 2 Spectator Safety Qualification (preferred)
- Level 3 Spectator Safety Qualification (preferred)
