Neighbourhood Assistant

You’ll never have two days the same as a neighbourhood assistant; you’ll be providing essential support to the neighbourhood team in Wiltshire working alongside one other neighbourhood assistant, being supported by a Senior Housing Officer.

**What you’ll be doing**

You won’t always be at your desk; you may be out and about completing mutual exchange visits and supporting with neighbourhood inspections as required, so there’s a real mix of housing management exposure and an opportunity to further your current housing knowledge.

**About you**

You’ll have a background working in housing management, with experience in communicating with customers about an array of tenancy enquiries. You’ll be resilient and able to deliver messages in a clear way to our customers.

Your attention to detail will ensure the electronic filing is up to date and accurate processing is taking place.

You’ll need to have a full UK driving licence so you can get out and about on visits and access to a vehicle to do so. The office is based in Devizes and there will be times that you work from the office but you’ll be able to split your time to work at home if that suits you.
