My Scottish Borders based client are looking to hire an IT Technician to a growing team.
- Troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with telecommunication products and services including telephone lines, calls and IP telephony solutions.
- Supporting the installation and deployment of Windows PCs and laptops
- Troubleshooting and resolve problems with broadband or leased line services by providing remote broadband fault diagnostic and liaising with providers to achieve fault resolution
- To arrange for external technical support or onsite engineer assistance where problems cannot be resolved remotely.
- Escalate unresolved calls in accordance with the IT Policy.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
