**Salary**: From £19,689.37 to £21,425.85 per annum based on 35 hours per week plus geographical allowance of £1,051.00.

**About the Role**:
The Housing department and Support department are looking for a temporary administrator to work with the Executive director of housing and Executive Director of Support. This role is based out of our head office in Witney.

**Duties will include**:

- Act as the main point of contact for the Executive Director(s), arranging appointments and direct contact as appropriate
- Arranging meetings and/or other events and making appointments, including travel arrangements and meeting/event materials
- Taking accurate minutes of meetings, co-ordinating the preparation and checking of agendas and papers and the collation and distribution of papers
- Organise and maintaining office systems and records, both paper and electronic information storage systems including inputting to and maintaining databases
- Provide administrative support to other members of the directorates as agreed
- Supporting projects on behalf of the directorates as requested from time to time by the Executive Director

You will need to be:

- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with a range of people
- Able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing)
- Manage and extract information from databases
- Work accurately and maintain effective records
- Plan, organise and prioritise your work
- Manage own work and work independently
