Senior Fp&a Analyst

Reporting to theFP&A Director you will play a crucial role in the company by focussing on performance reporting and support with budgeting, forecasting and feasibilities.

**Yourresponsibilities will include**:

- Measuring and reporting business performance and KPIs
- Run and maintain existing Financial and Operational performance reporting
- Provide input to the design of new reporting and incentive schemes
- Build new reporting from available data sources
- Become the Finance Power BI super-user
- Input into forecasting and budgeting process as required
- Adhoc operational and financial analysis

**You will have the following Qualifications & Experience**:

- Either a part/qualified accountant with excellent system skills or have IT/BI background with finance/operations/commercial experience
- Advanced Excel user/modelling/macros
- Data analysis with large data sets and performance reporting
- Ability to identify relationships, drawing logical conclusions and interpreting results for use in decision making
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage tasks and projects to complete work efficiently
- Strong initiative, energetic work habits and dedication to fulfilling responsibilities
- Previous experience of using Power BI would be an advantage
