Wholesale Specialist

Do have experience working and understanding wholesale and credit processes and practises?

Do you enjoy taking responsibility for tasks and having added responsibility?

Are you advanced on Excel - able to create and produce reports?

We are looking for a driven and focused individual to join our client in a newly created role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the wholesale and corporate credit lines are managed and all administration is covered.

Producing reports and being a "champion" for the in-house system, you will enjoy working with high value numbers, be focused with excellent attention to detail and enjoy communicating with senior management both in-house and external contacts.

**The Individual**:

- An excellent communicator
- Attention to detail
- Able to work with high value figures
- Proven experience working on Excel, collating reports - Formulas and Pivot Tables
- Someone with drive and who would like to further develop themselves

**The Role**:

- Manage the set up and maintenance of companies in the funding system
- Ensure policies and procedures are up to date
- Create and maintain architecture documentation
- Oversee the set up and maintenance of user access
- Prepare quarterly reviews
- Manage, oversee and responsible for credit lines
- Manage processes associated with direct debit rejections
- Manage systems administration and new proposals / credit line increases
- First point of contact for all escalated system enquiries - Systems Champion
