Credit Controller

**Role: Credit Controller
Location: Tipton
Hours: 25 hours a week.

**Salary**: £13-14 p/h**
Pertemps have an exciting part time opportunity for Credit Controllers in Tipton area within a global manufacturing company. We're looking for someone who will maintain the credit accounts functions, ensure the accurate and timely completion of accounting tasksand general adhoc associated duties.
**Credit Controller Responsibilities**:
1. Accurate allocation of cash against debtors ledger
2. Statement reconciliations
3. Chase for outstanding payments
4. Routinely check customer accounts, ensuring they are within the agreed credit limit.
5. Approve and raise credit notes as requested by sales
6. Building a good rapport with customer.
7. Any other duties as may be reasonably be required to commensurate with the role.
**Credit Controller Experience**:

- 2+ years' experience within a credit control function;
- NVQ 3 or above in Business Administration essential;
- High level of proficiency in Excel;
- Previous experience of SAP essential;
- Sage Payroll software desirable
- Good attention to detail whilst maintaining ability to work under time pressure;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers;
