Landsheriffs Security Supervisor

Job Description: Full - time position available - 48 to 60 hours per week

Job Title: Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Managers

Direct Supervisory Responsibility For: Landsheriffs Security Operatives / Teams.

Rate of pay: £14.00.

Working Hours Between: 12:00 - 00:00 Tues to Sat (must be flexible to change hrs/days at short

notice)

Landsheriffs are a dedicated professional security task force providing protection and safety to our client’s staff, customers, infrastructure, and assets.

We offer bespoke mobile patrols & manned services tailored to our clients needs with branded vehicles and staff that give a security presence across the rail network.

We also offer a 24/7 365 days a year in house control room that actively monitors CCTV that could notify patrol teams/ emergency services of any incidents that occur in real time.

Main Purpose of the Job:
Cover Operations Manager during leave.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Must hold a Full Driving Licence
- Must hold a SIA Door Supervisor qualification, including successfully passing a background check

and providing a five-year work history.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be computer literate with experience with MS Teams / Power BI an advantage not essential.
- Perform basic administrative forms and assessments.
- Actively supervise staff on the ASB/RPT departments.
- Effectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Set positive, professional example for workforce.
- Ensure compliance with GA, company, and regulatory policies and procedures are being adhered to.
- Ensure Supervisor and front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and

quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our clients and by the regulatory

authorities.
- Maintain communication with other Staff and the Operations Managers to maintain optimum staffing

levels.
- Regularly check LS security equipment to ensure compliance and proper maintenance.

- Promote safe working practices and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Assist with emergencies on the network, security procedures and station evacuations.
- Monitor and maintain staffing levels with the assistance on team if nessesary.
- Ensure that future schedules are covered.
- Accommodate increased / decreased client staffing requests.
- Must be Flexible.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
