This practice has the same ethos. Advisers aren't on pedestals. A premium service offering isn't just about what happens at client meetings. To be a first class business you need to deliver on all fronts and the support you'll give to advisers is vital.
This is a small firm (15 employees) but one that will do wonders for you.
**Work is split by client not adviser, so you'll get to work with the same clients and be front and centre when it comes to relationship management.**
**The firm currently outsources paraplanning but having their own resource in-house appeals. That gives you somewhere to go and they'll support you through exams.**
**You get an attractive salary (to £31,000) and two annual bonuses, one based on the company, one on you. There's a pension (4.5% employer contribution), DIS and critical illness cover. You can also buy 5 days holiday on top of your allowance.**
**It's an office-based role but the office closes at 1:30pm on Fridays at which point your weekend begins.**
You'll be an administrator for a financial planning firm. You’ll process new business, prepare client meeting packs and deal with clients. You'll have experience of using a system such as Intelliflo and be comfortable using platforms. But conscientiousnessis more important than length of experience.
