**The vacancy**

Join our team as a Wellbeing Coach at DNCG, where your dedication will shape the success and wellbeing of individual learners and groups. Responsibilities include offering a wellbeing support service, managing concerns, and providing short to medium-term interventions. You'll actively contribute to setting SMART targets, monitoring at-risk learners, and collaborating with curriculum colleagues for retention and progression. Additionally, your role involves providing careers education, creating wellbeing action plans, and contributing to learner confidence and independence. Your impact extends to reporting progress to leadership and fostering skills for effective global citizenship.
