You must be highly organised, have confident energy and communication skills with an attention to detail that is second to none. The role will involve juggling multiple culminating tasks and projects, so the ability to remain focused and organised whilst managing your workload effectively is key.

About the role: As a Product Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for aiding the running of the product function of the brand. You will report to the Head of Merchandising, supporting with critical path management, intake management, raising orders, supplier communications, sample management, and general administration, as well as being directly involved in the product roadmap.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Timely order raising and amends
- Effective supplier communication
- Coordinating and booking in deliveries in line with the Critical Path
- Intake management, managing multiple softwares & reporting back to product team
- Monitoring deliveries and maintaining stock levels across online and wholesale functions
- Adhoc Administration tasks
- Sample management
- Supporting and collaborating with both Junior Buyer and Head of Merchandising with new sampling and product development
- Work cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Senior Leadership to aid new launches

**Essential Skills / Knowledge & Experience**:

- Experience of using Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Excellent organisational skills
- Analytical & trading focused approach
- Passionate about product & fashion/wedding retail

Office based role in Altrincham, WA14 5NQ. We can offer the flexibility to work from home, depending on business and individual’s needs.

**Job Type & Salary**
