**Finance Assistant**

We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer who require a Finance Assistant to join their team in Mallusk on a permanent basis.

**Your new role as a Finance Assistant**
- Accurate and efficient processing of the purchase & sales ledgers including responding to business queries.
- Preparing bank reconciliations.
- Preparing month end journal entries.
- Assisting with inventory management and reconciliations.
- Assisting Management Accountant with preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assisting in the preparation of month-end balance sheet reconciliations and monthly VAT Returns.
- Responding to queries from auditors, and finance providers as required.
- Supporting the invoicing process

**What you’ll need to succeed as a Finance Assistant**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
