**Job Title: Senior Youth Worker**

**Salary**: £12.95 - £14.45 per hour (depending on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Foster a positive and nurturing environment that encourages growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Requirements**:

- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare** is essential.
- At least **1 year of experience** in residential childcare settings.
- Energetic, dynamic, and positive attitude with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
