**Key Responsibilities**:
On-site Customer Service Subject Matter Expert for all AMS product lines, supporting Philippines Customer Service team and acting as liaison for site related activities.
- Develop positive relationships with key internal and external customers and suppliers in order to ensure that customer service targets are achieved.
- Ensure that complaints are resolved promptly to the customer’s satisfaction and handled at the point of customer interface.
- Contribute to the work of the other areas of the Customer Service group to ensure that both functional and process goals are achieved.
- Provide AMS AOG cover and support, as required.
- Support Returns Material Authorisation process for home site location ensuring customer returns are reviewed, processed and resolved in a timely manner through, but not limited to Goods In, Quality, Customer Service and Finance.
- Support Engineering hold process where resolution is with home site location, ensuring all orders are reviewed, processed and resolved in a timely manner through, but not limited to, liaison with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and Customer Service.
- Support the sales team, as and where necessary with performance metrics to include OTD, Quote TAT, payment performance.
- Undertake the loading and management of all Kit and NRE orders for home site specific Customers.
- Undertake other sales order administration requirements as and when required.
- Support Business Systems with User Acceptance Testing for changes made to E1
- Support Philippines Customer Services team at as prime focal and interface for escalation queries relating to home site.
- Responsibility and focal for the Sales and Customer support departments 5s and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ad hoc initiatives as allocated by Customer Service Associate Director

**Key Requirements**:

- Working with PDM team to identify and investigate parts requested by Customers.
- Working with Purchasing and Manufacturing Planners to ensure Customers requirements are met and/or exceeded.
- Working with Sales Managers to further develop Strategic Customer Accounts and resolve any customer queries.
- Working with Customer Services Departments across all sites to support Customer requests.
- Working with Business Systems to assist with E1 or reporting developments.
