What you'll do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with line management responsibilities to join our agile development team. The Senior Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and coaching our development teams in the agile process.
- Lead and coach the development team in the agile process, including conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of Scrum Masters, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and priorities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and other stakeholders.
- Identify and remove barriers to the development team's progress.
- Promote transparency in processes and outputs - using metrics and insight to drive decision making and create feedback loops.

What you'll bring
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master within a fast-paced software development environment, delivering multiple products and programmes of work.
- A passion for continuous improvement - identifying, driving and inspiring others to define cross-cutting continuous improvement opportunities that are done at the right time and with the best methods to implement.
- Excellent organisational and facilitation skills
- Experience leading and coaching agile transformations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
