I am currently recruiting for an adults brokerage officer to work in Hillingdon.

As a Brokerage Officer you will provide a dedicated service to vulnerable adults purchasing effective care arrangements following an assessment.

You will work closely with providers, health partners and social care colleagues, monitoring the performance and quality of providers to ensure the highest standard of service is available to our customers.

You will manage a workload consisting of adults requiring short notice and planned residential placements/support packages.

The role will require you to maintain detailed records and negotiate fees in conjunction with colleagues in other departments.

Liaising with managers & colleagues in procurement to identify gaps in the market and potential new providers.
