**Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant - Up to £30K - 37 hours per week**

The role will see you work alongside a team comprised of Resourcers, Compliance Administrators and other Recruiters; helping to attract, recruit and onboard great people into our teams. There will also be plenty of opportunity for you to become involved in exciting resourcing projects; helping to shape recruitment across the Trust.
The recruitment team is part of a wider People & Culture team contributing to the Trusts People Strategy with a great emphasis on Recruitment & Retention.
**Some of what you’ll be doing**:
- Effectively managing and co-ordinating the recruitment process, adhering to recruitment and selection policies, guidelines, and regulations.
- Managing a high-volume portfolio of adverts and vacancies
- Maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers
- Handling enquiries and providing support to Hiring Managers
- Overseeing day-to-day queries from the Resourcers and Compliance Administrators
- Acting as a liaison between the hiring managers, the Compliance Administrators and resource colleagues and the wider People and Culture Team
- Working with the Resourcers to output relevant adverts.
- Accurately recording data and maintaining recruitment and applicant tracking systems
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
- Experience in managing your own workload and providing great customer service.
- Be competent in using IT systems and Microsoft Office packages.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
- An ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Experience of working with an ATS/CRM, desirable
- Visa, Referencing & DBS experience, desirable.
