Assembly Joiner

Careersolve are once again proud to be partnering with a specialist manufacturing company basis based in Carlisle, who are continuing to grow and are currently looking for an **Assembly Joiner**.

**This is a full-time role, 39 Hours per Week**
**Mon - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm**
**Friday 8am - 3pm**
**£11.53 - £13.08 per Hour**

Duties for the **Assembly Joiner**:

- Operation of joinery shop equipment including; Table / Cross-cut saws, planer/thicknesser, spindle moulder, chain-mortise
- Operation of hand / power tools including; Drilling, tapping, grinding, routering and other operations needed based on the job requirements
- Interpreting engineering drawings to fulfil job requirements
- Marking out of components to a high degree of accuracy
- Set-up and lay out of components using jigs and templates

- Be quality conscious with an eye for detail
- Have a flexible approach to work and be able to assist in other departments when required
- Be reliable, punctual, willing to work overtime to meet business needs
- Be a strong team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.53-£13.08 per hour
