**Main tasks and responsibilities**:

- To improve the overall client experience.Assist in providing strategic solutions to improve existing products or business related processes.
- Strategic planning: Identify issues or gaps, analyze and take initiatives
- Ensuring excellency of customer satisfaction and an optimum level of quality
- Develop critical insights by analyzing datasets, and connecting the dots
- Coordinate large cross-functional processes
- Being responsible for client relationship, key account management and business development in the country
- Research for effective operational tools and be the one to execute daily operation tasks
- Suggest continuous improvement cycle

**Education and Experience**:

- Degree Holder or any equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of working experience in fast growing industry, experience in financial markets is a must
- **Must have SCA License**

**Technical Requirements**:

- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Excellent English communication and composition skills (written and verbal)
- Background or experience in financial services is a plus
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Results oriented
