We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to work within our Lettings team to re-let our vacant homes in a timely manner, making best use of our stock.

Working closely alongside the housing management and repairs teams, you will actively contribute to the achievement of our objectives in an efficient manner by ensuring mínimal rent loss and by identifying and attracting potential tenants.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, proactive and able to work on their own initiative. You will need to have excellent customer service skills focused on delivering a right first time approach that delivers on performance and has the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Excellent communication skills, and a good telephone manner are an essential for this role. Knowledge and/or experience of letting homes would be desirable.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
