Morgan Philips Recruitment are delighted to be bringing to market a new Payroll Supervisor role on behalf of a client based in Glasgow City Centre. Our client are a global Payroll outsourcing business who are going through a period of change and growth which is the reason for the Payroll Supervisor role coming live. Along with a host of benefits our client offer flexible hybrid working.

**Key responsibilities**:
Managing and leading Payroll Administrators

Providing support and training to all payroll colleagues.

Answer or advise on escalated pay and pension queries

Support and develop team members

Processing End to End Payroll for our customers as business needs require.

**Key Skills & Experience**:
Problem solving skills

Proficient in use of MS Excel

Knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, statutory and national insurance rules.

Experience in Payroll data administration and managing a Payroll Team

Strong relationship management System knowledge - preferably Oracle or iTrent

Payroll administration Qualification
