Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct sales viewings for properties on market in the Mid Devon area
- Manage diary appointment to ensure punctuality
- Provide excellent customer service on all appointments
- Provide detailed feedback to clients after viewings
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must have a full driving licence and be a confident driver
- Knowledge of the Crediton & surrounding villages will be an advantage
- Knowledge of property and the selling process
- Must have good time keeping skills

Pay: From £23,920.00 per year
