Aero EV Solutions have an exciting opportunity for a scheduler to join our growing team, you will be required to work from our head office based in Ollerton.

Previous experience with scheduling and using CDM software would be preferred but is not essential as we can provide full training. Although the role is not customer facing you will be required to speak to customers for each appointment.

**Essential**:

- Good geography knowledge of the United Kingdom
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ability to work alone as well as working with the team and use own initiative
- Great problem solving skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- IT literate and quick learner

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the diaries of our nationwide engineers
- Monitor open jobs to ensure engineers are dispatched within the time-frame
- Managing a changing workload
- Liaising with engineers and customers
- Allocating customer appointments to a specific engineer using our CDM software

This role is for a full time permanent employee working 40 hours per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
