A market leader in the self-catering holiday sector is looking for a New Business Manager who will service the Isle of Wight area driving forward the growth in property acquisition and maximising associated revenues for the company & house owners.

Although an understanding of the holiday lettings field is preferred, estate management or strong successful sales experience exceeding targets in the property sector is also advantageous. Proficient knowledge of the area, market conditions and the competitionis also desired to be effective and persuasive to grow their portfolio.

Our client is looking for a fantastic communicator, with outstanding influencing & negotiating skills to obtain the best possible contractual terms for the company.

You must also be self and target driven, with an aptitude to exceed, and the ability to ensure high customer service levels are delivered at all times.

Strong IT skills and experience of using a CRM Sales system will be expected from you to fulfil the role. Experience of field base sales and remote working is expected, along with handling and servicing a range of clients.

**Main responsibilities but not exhausted to include**:

- Identify & sign-up high-quality properties in desirable & high demand locations
- Become an expert in the company’s services to comfortably deliver, communicate and affect property instructions and grow all revenue streams
- Keep up to date with industry legislation & guidelines
- Work with company team members to implement a smooth transition of New Properties joining the portfolio and providing detailed guidance and support to the Account Manager.
- Work with the Property Recruitment team & provide updates on the quality of leads & appointments
- Deliver high levels of Property Presentation for marketing purposes & optimise accurate pricing
- Develop & nurture relationships in the working community to grow referrals in the area
- Deliver and maintain an ongoing pipeline of opportunities through varying prospecting tools, to include networking, cold calling, exhibitions & events

The competitive basic salary is £25,000 (pro rata on a 9 - 12 month contract) with an O.T.E OF £40,000 which is uncapped. 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) is available with a company car, £500 paid towards a holiday of your choice, friends& family discount scheme, a day off for your birthday and further benefits are also available. Although you will be a remote worker, you will still be expected to reside on the Isle of Wight for the role as you will be travelling regularly visiting customers and therefore a full clean driving licence is required. The main working hours Monday to Fridayare 9:00am - 17:30pm. Please note that you will need to be flexible working evenings and weekends when required.
