Construction Director

Trades 360 are working with a fast growing construction company who work in the social housing sector around the North West. They are looking for an experienced Construction Director with social housing knowledge and experience to join their growing team at the Southport office. You would be responsible for the pre construction
- Having full responsibility for the delivery of all construction projects, typically £5million to £20million social housing refurbishments and modular builds around the North west
- Pre Construction knowledge
- Overseeing Contracts Manager and site managers
- Acting as the primary contact for all client communications
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards across all sites
- Procuring best subcontractor pricing and placing subcontract orders
- Subcontractor communication and oversight
- Co-ordinating Variations with the site team and communicating these with the client
- Client contract administration
- Maintaining high standards and upholding the company's Core Values

**Key Skills / Required Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience working at Project Manager level (or above) for a Main Contractor is required.
- Previous experience working in north west on multi million pound projects
- Pre construction experience
- Modular Build experience
