Are you an electrician looking for a new job in Preston? Our client is a national Bus provider, growing rapidly and looking for Electricians to work on their Bus fleet.

This is an exciting to join the public transport company that carried over 50m passengers last year They have expanded through recent acquisitions and now operate from depots across the Midlands, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Heathrow.They are actively seeking new opportunities through tendered and commercial opportunities to grow the business, so the perfect place to form a long career.

This role is based in their engineering workshop in Preston, working in an enthusiastic team your focus will be vehicle fault diagnosis and repair, servicing and parts replacement.

If you were already in this role you could expect to be working on the below tasks:

- routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle types
- Diagnosing and rectifying all types of vehicle faults, using diagnostic equipment
- MOT preparation
- Maintain and complete vehicle and Company documentation
- Level 3 HGV City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent
- Previous experience as a qualified Fitter/Mechanic/Engineer
- Possession of PSV Licence or be willing to work towards acquiring this

In return for this you will get a great salary of £35,360 per annum along with paid training, a company pension and a free travel pass

Full Time 40 hours per week (Days) 08:00-16:30
