Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Tax Associate to join one of my clients in a leading company. The company is based in Enfield.

**Essential skills/ Qualifications**:

- Have a strong technical background and will be FCCA / FCA and CTA qualified
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and with clients
- Diligent, accurate and hands on approach to work
- Proven ability to read and interpret existing and new tax statute
- Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards
- Client focus and commercial awareness
- Someone with drive and enthusiasm who would like to progress their career
- Display unquestionable integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate strong logical and analytical skills

**Job description**:
You will advise clients as necessary to mitigate tax risk, comply effectively with tax laws and take into account the prospect of change. You will assist clients in meeting the complex demands for UK tax reporting, compliance, tax planning and manage thetax team in the provision of tax advisory and tax compliance services to a diverse mixed tax portfolio, Promote the benefit of the firm’s mixed tax advisory and compliance services to both existing and prospective clients of the firm.

Provide taxation advice to a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors including tax efficient structures, extraction of profits, tax planning for private clients, employee benefit planning, reorganisations, international tax planning, exit planning,property tax planning, property VAT and other VAT matters.

Implementation of employee share options/equity award schemes, investors’ relief planning such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS), corporate restructuring, company disposals and acquisitions, shareholderprofit extraction including planning for Entrepreneur’s Relief and dealing with international tax matters such as international structuring for group overseas expansion and mínimalizing the exposure to withholding taxes.
