Main duties of the job

The AHP practice development team supports our services to deliver excellent patient care and high quality staff experiences. This new role will involve working alongside staff at all levels to maximise their learning, and offer continuing development for all staff.

An enthusiasm for lifelong learning is essential as this role will be scoping the needs of AHP staff for education and training in the short and long-term, as well as providing education that is not offered elsewhere. Moving forwards the TEL agenda will be integral to this role. hence an interest in this field will be essential.

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
