Here's your chance We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to build essential skills and knowledge in the industry, paving the way for a successful career in estage agency.

**What we are looking for...**
A motivated, self-driven individual who is able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

You must hold a valid full driver's license, own a car, and have business insurance.

This role required your availability to work four days during the week and every Saturday.

OTE: £27,000 - £30,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Booking viewings & market appraisals of properties in the local area
- Liaising with vendors to discuss the marketing activity of their property
- Carring out viewings and cross selling services during the viewing appointment
- Providing a professional and courteous approach to all clients
