**We are recruiting for Breakfast Waiting Staff.**

Centre stage and front of house, our Team Members are an integral part of the Orchardleigh Team, continually meeting and exceeding the expectations of our guests day after day.

You will be required to set up buffet style breakfast service, serving food and clearing. Once breakfast has finished and has been cleared. You will be required to set up for the day ahead, whether this be for a wedding or private function
- Using Rotacloud ( computer based) to rota staff
- Making sure Breakfast is set up as per instructions
- Welcoming Guests for Breakfast
- Assisting with Food Service
- Making sure Tea and Coffee is readily available for our guests
- Checking Service runs smoothly and professionally
- Helping Clear down from Breakfast
- Table Set up for following Function

**HOURS OF WORK**

Breakfast Shift from 7am - 1.00pm

Flexibility is vital

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform under pressure

RATES OF PAY:

- Depending on Age and Experience
