We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Porter to start ASAP.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Continue a high level of customer service when communicating with guests
- Answer any emergency calls throughout the night
- Monitor the Hotel using CCTV and conduct regular checks of the property
- Remain calm in challenging situations
- Be confident when working alone
- Be keen to develop and learn new skills
- Inform the management team of any issues that have occurred whilst on duty
- Remain proactive throughout the night

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience is preferred
- A DBS check will be required for successful applicants

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift

Work Location: One location
