Are you a Qualified Secondary Teacher looking for opportunities to continue teaching but reduce the workload and regain a manageable home/work balance?

We require highly motivated and creative full time Teachers to join our supply bank, working in one our client Schools in AtherstoneThe primary responsibility will be to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. We are looking for teachers who can deliver coverto a high standard and support schools when staff are absent, ensuring quality education standards are maintained and children are supported

If you’re an NQT or an unqualified but teacher who has the ability to teach, then we would still love to hear from you.

**Requirements**:

- Ideally hold Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, however consideration will be given to those who dont hold QTS/QTLS but have experience of teaching
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of teachers
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring and creative lessons
- Have and set high expectations of behaviour and learning from the outset of the lesson
- Supervise and deliver work that has been set
- Ensure all students are working well on set tasks and assist them where needed and possible
- Enforce all school policies regarding behaviour, safeguarding and uniform etc
- Establish and maintain a safe and positive learning environment in the lesson you are covering
