**What you will be working on**:

**_Financial Analysis and Reporting:_**
- Prepare annual UK/Jersey financial statements.
- Assist with UK statutory auditors and liaise with the company’s external auditors.
- Prepare quarterly US GAAP to Local GAAP adjustments for local reporting.
- Prepare quarterly UK/EU management accounts and distributions calculations for board meetings.
- Assist with European reporting compliance and statutory reporting.
- Assist with UK/EU completion of balance sheet research and opening balance reconciliation for new entity acquisitions.
- Assist the US finance team in onboarding new transactions including structuring funds flows and corporate acquisition mechanics.
- Assist in recording and monitoring intergroup funding instruments.
- Liaise and coordinate third-party service providers across Europe.
- Prepare quarterly UK debt covenant reporting.
- Support Property Management and Finance teams in quarterly and annual UK property budgeting and forecasting process.

- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Desire to study for professional qualification.
- Must be organized, detailed, flexible, efficient, and take ownership of own work product.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

- Strong numerical degree/A-Levels.
- Studying for a professional accounting qualification.
- Real estate industry experience.
- UK and other EU GAAP experience.
- Experience of Thomson Reuters One Source and Yardi.
