**Job description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a_ _Commercial Administrator to join us at our North West Head Office in Speke. This will be on a fixed term basis until approximately May 2024, commencing as soon as possible.

The main purpose of the role is to support the overall success of the function through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.

The duties of the role include (but are not limited to);
- Assist the department with administration tasks; including typing, scanning and posting
- Produce monthly Sub-contractor KPI’s
- Assist with Pre-start Presentations
- Order & issue stationary (Site/Office)
- Update site plans weekly with sales information - monthly with build stage releases
- Collate and format all departmental Pre-start presentations on to master
- Archiving - keep accurate records of archiving providing boxes and numbers when required

They will be **passionate **about providing the highest quality administrative support, and a **collaborative **team player, with experience communicating with different stakeholders.

**Skills, knowledge & experience**:
Experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Administration NVQ or equivalent qualification
