Are you an induvial with experience of Calibration (gas flow & pressure) looking to join a company at the forefront of their industry?
On offer is a varied role, offering full autonomy within the role.
This growing manufacturing company are looking to expand their current team with an ambitious Calibration professional
The Role
- To ensure all procedures and uncertainty budgets are maintained within the calibration laboratories
- Prepare documentation for UKAS audits and ensure all non-compliances are corrected.
- Provide support for calibration engineers regarding existing calibration processes and new calibration devices.
*Produce and maintain calibration procedures and accuracy statements for calibration standards and company products.
The Person
*Strong scientific and engineering background with a degree in Physics, Maths or similar.
*Ability to calculate uncertainty budgets for existing and future pressure, vacuum and flow calibration standards to a level that is required for UKAS certification.
*Previous experience within the calibration laboratory with a good working knowledge of gas flow and pressure calibration.
