**LEGAL SECRETARY**

A London office of an international law firm is looking for a legal secretary to join the team on a 5-month temporary basis

**LEGAL SECRETARY ROLE**:

- Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with administration and coordination related to business development including meeting planning
- Supporting the Office Manager with event organization for business development functions, events and team events
- Running searches on behalf of the lawyers including Companies House searches and Personal Property Securities Register searches
- Using Elite 3E to complete client billing on behalf of lawyers
- Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers

**LEGAL SECRETARY ESSENTIALS**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and positive attitude
