BOC Learning Institute (London) execute the Bank Group Business Development Strategy in terms of employee’s training and development under the leadership of London Branch top management. They implement HO talent development plan and training programmes and support the business development of regional institutions by developing talents and enhancing staff skills for overseas institutions.

As a Senior Officer you will be responsible for the Bank’s employees training needs analysis. You will play a critical role in designing and developing the training programmes that reflect and support the current and future needs of the Bank in line with the Bank of China (BOC) Bank Group strategy and regulatory expectations.

**Key responsibilities**
- Analyse the training needs of Head Office, regional headquarters and overseas institutions in the areas of banking business, leadership, management and soft skills in line with BOC Group strategy, development trends and best practices
- Design and develop training programmes, draft training programme proposals including the corresponding budget to meet the Group and EMEA branches training needs
- Ensure smooth end to end programme delivery by overseeing the administrative and logístical aspects related to the preparation and the delivery of training programmes
- Ensure that the programmes delivered meet the Bank’s standards
- Share valuable insights relevant to each specific programme

**Requirements**:

- Degree educated preferably in Business, Education, Psychology or related disciplines
- Relevant professional qualification is considered preferable (e.g. MBA, ACIB, CFA, FRM)
- Experience in training needs analysis and training programme design and development
- Preferred relevant experience in Banking
- Comprehensive knowledge of leadership and management model
- Familiar with the UK and EU corporate training and development market, supply providers and speakers
- Strong team player
